States Where We Lend
We can do purchase mortgages and refinance mortgages in 31 states. In the event we are not licensed in your state, your application will be processed by a member broker or licensed banker in your state. Currently we are not accepting any applications in the following states: Georgia, New York, South Dakota, Washington DC, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia and Washington.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Access is restricted to those employees who need to know your information in order to process your loan. We maintain physical (burn boxes, locked dumpsters), electronic (passwords on all employee computers and servers) and procedural safeguards that comply with state and federal standards to protect your personal and financial information.
Sales of Your Name and or Information
Some mortgage websites will collect information about you and sell that information to many mortgage brokers across the country. Numerous inquiries on your credit report will affect your FICO score, which in turn could negatively impact the rates and terms of your mortgage. Mortgage Funding USA, LLC never shares your information with any other source. We are not a lead generation company. We are a licensed mortgage broker. Any information you provide to us is used in processing your loan application and such information is kept in the strictest of confidence.
